1. What is Pup Social Daycare? 
Pup Social Daycare provides a safe, supervised, and fun environment where your dog can play, socialize, and exercise with other dogs while being monitored by our trained staff. 

2. How do I reserve a daycare spot?
You can reserve a daycare spot in the following ways:

• Existing members:
  Log into the Pup Social app and click “Pup School” or “Make a Reservation.”

• New clients:
  Click “Book First Trial Day” on our website and complete the registration form to schedule your pup’s first trial day. After your first visit, our team will help you set up the Pup Social app so you can manage future reservations directly.

  Please note: After the initial trial day, all ongoing reservations must be made directly through the app to ensure reservation accuracy and availability.

3. Do I need a membership to use daycare?
No, you do not need a membership to use Pup Social daycare. All dogs are welcome, provided they meet our vaccine and temperament requirements. 

5. What vaccines are required for daycare?
All dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper vaccines. Proof of vaccines must be submitted before attending daycare. 

6. Will my dog need a temperament test?
Yes. Every dog must complete a temperament evaluation to ensure safety and compatibility in group play. 

7. What are the daycare hours?
Daycare will run 7 am - 7 pm Drop-off and pick-up times will be flexible within those hours. 

8. What should I bring with my dog for daycare?
Please bring your dog on a leash with a collar or harness. All dogs must wear a collar with a visible name tag at all times. If a collar is not provided, a $10 daily collar fee will apply.

If your dog requires medication, you may bring it in a clearly labeled container.

9. Do you provide food during daycare?
We have a structured daily curriculum, allowing for 1 meal a day (lunch). You have an option to purchase a meal for $5 or provide an individually pre-packed portioned out meals (via disposable sandwich bag or a can). $5 Feeding Service fee is waived for all daycare package holders.

10. What if my dog doesn’t do well in group play?
If your dog shows signs of stress or discomfort, we will notify you and may suggest alternative activities or services better suited to their needs. 

11. Is daycare supervised at all times?
Yes, our trained team is always present to monitor play, ensure safety, and keep things fun for all pups. 

12.Does my dog need to be crate trained? Yes.

13. Are there any health requirements for daycare?

Yes. All pups must be in good health to attend daycare. If your pup is showing any signs of illness, we kindly ask that they stay home to help keep all dogs safe and healthy.

14. What is the feeding schedule for daycare pups?

Pups over 6 months old will have one scheduled feeding time at 12:00 PM. Puppies under 6 months will be fed as needed based on their age and routine.

Additional feedings for medical needs can be accommodated with a doctor’s note on file.

15.Can I bring my dog’s toys, blanket, or bed from home?

To ensure a safe group play environment, personal items such as toys, blankets, beds, and similar belongings from home are not permitted. These items can unintentionally lead to resource guarding or tension between dogs.

If any personal items are brought in, they will be safely stored and returned at pickup.

1. What areas do you service for pup pickups and drop-offs?

We provide pup pickups and drop-offs within a 5-mile radius of our HQ location at 2200 N Ashland Ave.

2. How much does transportation cost?

Transportation rates apply per trip, per pup, and are based on the distance from Pup Social HQ at 2200 N Ashland Ave.

Winter 2025/2026 Rates:

• 1 Mile – $9/trip

• 2 Miles – $12/trip

• 3 Miles – $15/trip

• 4 Miles – $18/trip

• 5 Miles – $21/trip

Discounts Available:

• 10% OFF with packages of 20+ prepaid trips

• Additional 10% OFF for 2+ pups from the same household

3. What are the pickup and drop-off times?

WAG’N Pickup Times:
6:00 AM–9:00 AM, Monday–Friday

WAG’N Drop-off Times:
2:00 PM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Pickup and drop-off times are predetermined by the administrative team based on daily route requirements.

4. What vaccinations are required for daycare and transportation services?

All dogs attending daycare must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required before pickup can be scheduled.

5. Are there any age requirements for dogs?

Yes. Dogs must be at least four months old and fully vaccinated to participate in Pup Social activities.

6. Do dogs need to complete a temperament test?

Yes. All dogs must pass a temperament evaluation to help ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all pups.

We also offer a complimentary first day of daycare to support families and help pups adjust to a safe and social environment.

7. How far in advance do I need to schedule pickup service?

Shuttle reservations must be made by 8:00 PM the night before.

An additional $10 late reservation fee may apply for reservations made up to 11:00 PM the day prior to pickup.

Same-day WAG’N reservations cannot be guaranteed, and an urgent pickup fee of up to $25 per trip may apply.

Please note that transportation services are not currently offered on weekends or holidays.

8. Are there any additional requirements before pickup?

Yes. Pups must be walked and given an opportunity to eliminate prior to pickup.

9. What is the attempted pickup or drop-off fee?

An attempted pickup or drop-off fee of up to $25 may apply if the driver is unable to complete the service due to circumstances outside of Pup Social’s control, such as:

• Security being unable to provide access or keys

• Last-minute cancellations after the driver is already en route

• Other access-related issues

10. Does the daycare package expiration policy apply to transportation services?

Yes. The daycare package expiration policy of 60 days still applies. WAG’N transportation service is considered an add-on to the daycare package.
