The pickup rate applies per each trip (per pup)and is determined by the traveling distance required from the Pup Social location - 2200 N Ashland ave. Winter 2025/2026 Rates:
1 Mile - $9/trip
2 Miles - $12/trip
3 Miles - $15/trip
4 Miles - $18/trip
5 Miles - $21/trip
Discounts Apply: 10% OFF with the packages of 20+ prepaid trips. Additional 10% discount applies for the 2+ pups in the same household.

WAG’N Pickup Times: 6:00 am–9:00 am, Monday-Friday (times will be predetermined by the administrative team, pending the day of route requirements)
WAG’N Drop-off Times: 2:00 pm–5:00 pm, Monday-Friday (times will be predetermined by the administrative team, pending the day of route requirements) -
What vaccinations are required?
All dogs attending daycare must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required before the pickup can be scheduled.
Are there any age requirements for dogs?
Dogs must be at least four months old and fully vaccinated to participate in Pup Social activities.
Do you require a temperament test?
Yes, all dogs must pass a temperament evaluation to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all. We offer first day of daycare complimentary to support all families with opportunity to provide safe and social environment for their pups.
Do you require a pickup scheduling notice?
24-hour notice is required. An additional $10 late reservation fee may apply up to 11 pm the day prior to pickup. No transportation is currently offered on weekends or holidays.

Pups must be walked/eliminate prior to pickup

Attempted Pick-up or Drop-off Fee of $20 will apply when driver attempts to pickup the pup but can't due to reasons that are not in Pup Social’s control (security can not provide the key); cancellation when driver is already on the way to get the dog, etc.
Package Expiration policy applies to the daycare redemption requirements which is 60 days. Wag’n service is add-on to the daycare package.
