Pup Social is a private, dog-friendly social club designed to bring people and pups together in a safe, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated environment. To ensure the best experience for everyone, Members, their guests, and their dogs are expected to follow our Club Etiquette at all times while on the premises or attending any Pup Social event. These guidelines help us uphold the highest standards of safety, community, care, and hospitality
Premises include: all indoor and outdoor event spaces, play areas, lounges, walkways, amenity spaces, and parking areas.
Member Expectations
All members and guests agree to:
Comply with all Club policies and guidelines, including pet safety and handling requirements
When in the park, supervise their dogs at all times, ensuring proper behavior and control
Ensure dogs are healthy, vaccinated, and well-socialized
Conduct themselves in a friendly, respectful, and courteous manner toward all members, guests, and staff
Maintain cleanliness, including immediate clean-up after their dogs
Respect designated areas and shared spaces within the Club
Observe Club operating hours and exit the premises at closing unless otherwise permitted
Handle personal disputes privately, without involving the Club, its staff, or other members
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including removal or revocation of membership privileges:
Aggressive or unsafe behavior from dogs or handlers
Verbal or physical harassment, threats, or intimidation
Violence or reckless conduct of any kind
Use of another individual’s membership or entry credentials
Bringing dogs that are ill, injured, or not up to date on vaccinations
Inappropriate language, gestures, or disruptive behavior
Dishonesty, misleading actions, or misconduct
Theft, attempted theft, or damage to Club property or belongings of others
Attire, accessories, or belongings displaying offensive or explicit content
Smoking or vaping in non-designated areas
Unauthorized solicitation, promotion, or selling of services/products
Possession of weapons of any kind
Any behavior deemed inappropriate by Pup Social management toward members, guests, or staff
Pet Responsibility
Dogs must be well-socialized and comfortable in group environments
Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behavior and any resulting injury or damage
Dogs showing signs of stress, fear, or aggression must be removed immediately
Club Discretion
Pup Social management reserves the right to interpret and enforce this Club Etiquette. Non-compliance may result in warnings, removal from the premises, or suspension or permanent revocation of Club privileges.

IN THE PARK
No food or beverages permitted
Dog treats are not allowed
Toys are not permitted (except in the private dog run)
Smoking and vaping are not allowed
DOG ETIQUETTE
Please do not pick up your dog or others. Please ask our team for assistance if needed
Dogs showing signs of stress or fear must be removed promptly
Dogs under 20 lbs are encouraged to enjoy the small dog park
Kindly clean up after your pup
