With a passion for creating vibrant community spaces and interactive social experiences, Aly brings her professional background in hospitality and event planning to the world of canine recreation. Her innovative approach has established Pup Social as a community hub where pups can play, and owners can connect in safe and fun social setting.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Brianna leads Pup Social’s community connections, blending her background in events, storytelling, and creative strategy to bring fun, people-first experiences to every meetup. Brianna is in her fifth year in the events industry and first year in the dog industry; when she’s not at Pup Social, she works as a stylist and creative photoshoot director, always finding humor in stressful situations.

DIRECTOR OF CLUB SERVICES

Millie Burnett is a dedicated K9 Operations Manager with a deep passion for canine care, safety, and behavior. With extensive hands-on experience in dog operations and facility management, she leads with a calm, confident presence—ensuring every pup receives top-tier care and every team runs smoothly. Millie thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to creating enriching, safe spaces where dogs and their humans feel at home.

Hannah is the chief treat dispenser behind Pup Social's graphics, posters, and digital campaigns, bringing ideas to life and making sure everything looks as good as the pups do. Her superpower is carrying way too many things in one hand at once. She has been working in the industry for over a year. While she works remotely and isn't always at Pup Social, her heart is always there.

Chrissy is Pup Social's Lead Pawtrol and dog trainer, helping every pup build confidence, learn new skills, and have a safe, fun experience. Her superpower is always being in the right place at the right time for every pup. She has over six years of experience in the pet care industry. When she's not at Pup Social, you'll likely find her painting or spending time with the dogs at the beach.

PAWTROL

Joe is one of Pup Social's Pawtrol team members and a veterinarian with over 24 years of experience in the pet care industry. He brings a science-backed approach to every pup, ensuring they receive thoughtful, expert care. His superpower is seeing every pup through a science-backed lens. When he's not at Pup Social, he provides remote veterinary consultations for patients in his home country.

Maggie is Pup Social's Guest Services and one of the Pawtrol team members, making every pup and pet parent feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. With over six years in the industry, she has a knack for remembering names and greeting every new face with a smile. When she's not at Pup Social, you'll find her exploring nature with her pup, Lucky, or spending quality time with her family

Ray is one of Pup Social's Pawtrol team members, bringing a calm, caring presence to every pup he meets. With four years in the pet care industry, he believes gratitude is his greatest strength and feels incredibly lucky to spend each day with dogs. When he's not at Pup Social, you'll likely find him enjoying live concerts and great music.

Veronica is one of Pup Social's Pawtrol team members, bringing energy, positivity, and a friendly face to every pup she meets. With five years in the pet care industry, she thrives in a fast-paced pack and never misses a chance to make a new friend—whether they have two legs or four. When she's not at Pup Social, she's teaching her dogs new tricks or heading out on adventures with friends.

Alex is one of Pup Social's Pawtrol team members and WAG’N Driver, helping every pup arrive safely while keeping things running smoothly, even during the busiest moments. With over three years in the pet care industry, he has a talent for staying calm under pressure and making every pup and pet parent feel warmly welcomed. When he's not at Pup Social, you'll find him spending time with his family or enjoying a good book.

Q is one of Pup Social's Pawtrol team members, bringing over seven years of pet care experience and an incredible ability to understand dogs before they even make a sound. Known as the team's "Dog Whisperer," Q has a natural talent for reading canine body language and helping every pup feel safe and understood. When not at Pup Social, Q enjoys spending quality time with their three amazing children.
