As a passionate dog mom and creative leader, she brings heart, style, and joyful energy to everything she does. Ericka curates memorable events that connect dog lovers while building a strong and inclusive community. In the Barktique, her eye for design and quality ensures a playful yet elevated shopping experience for both pups and their humans. Her warmth and creativity make her an essential part of Pup Social’s mission to be more than just a dog club—it’s a lifestyle.
Allen Kight
Club Services Manager
Allen Kight is a North Carolina native who made the move to Chicago in 2022 and has been bringing Southern charm and big city energy to Pup Social ever since. Alongside his partner Danny and their two pups, life is full of charisma, love, and a whole lot of wagging tails. He has a heart for helping people and a passion for serving dogs. In his own words, “I am here to make sure every visit to Pup Social feels like a warm welcome home. Whether you are a first timer or a familiar face, I am all about creating joyful, seamless experiences for you and your pup”.
