“We were early members of Pup Social. With a VERY active husky puppy, this place has been fantastic. Boris is...a handful (sweet but very energetic)...and the workers understand how to manage him well and genuinely seem to care about him. The facilities are very clean and upscale - wine is delicious. The nail salon is excellent. Maria is fantastic - best manicures I've ever gotten - they last easily 5 weeks without looking outgrown and my cuticles are nonexistent now (in a good way). The groomer also does a great job. It's very convenient to have a place where the dogs are able to play while owners can hang out outside or inside and work, especially as the temperatures get colder. No more freezing at the dog park! Also, the management is very professional. I had a poor experience with one worker early on and management addressed it exactly as you would hope. They took my concerns seriously and were empathetic in their response. (Possibly unrelated to my complaint, the worker is no longer there)”
