Our front desk team is happy to assist with updates to your monthly membership, including adjustments or upgrading to an annual membership option.
Please note that annual memberships are non-refundable.

Each membership offers a unique set of benefits based on your selected tier. These may include access to our core spaces, supervised off-leash play in the park, event tickets, exclusive member perks, and special pricing on services, daycare, and retail.

Memberships are designed to renew automatically, but we do offer flexible options to pause (freeze) your membership when needed.
If you’re considering making a change, we’re always happy to help guide you through the best option.
For reference:
Annual memberships are non-refundable
Monthly memberships require a 30-day written cancellation notice
If notice is not received, the membership will continue into the following billing cycle
All cancellation requests can be sent to frontdesk@pupsocial.com, and our team will take care of everything for you.

If a monthly payment is declined, a $25 declined payment fee will be applied in addition to the outstanding membership balance.
Our team will reach out to help resolve the issue and ensure your membership remains active without interruption.
Membership may be a subject to freeze or termination if the outstanding payment is not resolved
